The Montefeltro territory, and in Monte Cerignone, Pascucci discovered the ideal microclimate source for coffee bean ripening. No one had thought that this climate would bring out the very best, however it turned out to be one of the richest areas in the world for this purpose. An agreement between Italy and England in 1883 was ratified and opened up the freedom of trade and navigation between the two countries. Among the products the Pascucci family began trading was colonial raw coffee, which became Antonio Pascucci's passion. Dino Pascucci opened his own coffee bar in Monte Cerignone and installed the first espresso coffee machine. His specialties are coffee and sorbets.
