In January 2005, after years of research and training from one of Italy’s most renowned gelato artisans, my wife, Mei Lee, and I opened The Gelato Spot in Phoenix, Arizona. Since then, our dessert lounge has received several awards, including Best Ice Cream and Best Place to Be Seen in Phoenix.
